• Refunds will only be issued for services that were not rendered due to reasons on our part. Any refunds will be processed at our discretion.

• We aim to provide high-quality termite extermination services. However, we do not guarantee permanent eradication of termites unless specified in a written warranty.
• We are not liable for any damages to your property resulting from pre-existing conditions or factors beyond our control.
